With eeZeeTrip, schools create events in just a few seconds complete with all the relevant documents such as worksheets and risk assessments. Events can be approved and quality assured internally before publication to parents. And the simple cloning feature handles repeating events like swimming lessons, breakfast and after school clubs.
The days of organising events with spreadsheets and bits of paper, circulated round the staff room and school office will be a thing of the past. Staff can take control and manage everything from any computer or tablet. Instantly see which pupils are participating in events, head count print outs automatically include emergency contact numbers and pupils' medical information.
No problem, all done with a simple click of a button and if event details change, eeZeeTrip will automatically inform parents.
No problem. We believe that once you see eeZeeTrip in action the benefits will be immediate and obvious. Just get in touch and we'll set you up with a free trail.
Save hundreds of teaching and administration hours printing and distributing letters and reply slips. All school event information is sent direct to parents. Responses and payments are instantly collated immediately parents respond - within seconds.
No wasted time gathering responses days later, chasing lost letters and handling cash payments. Whilst dramatically reducing printing costs and free-ing up valuable teaching and admin time.
Because eeZeeTrip includes unlimited in-App messages, schools can dramatically reduce their SMS costs. It's simple - with half of parents using eeZeeTrip, the school instantly halves their SMS bill.
Of course, some parents may choose not to use the App. No problem - for those parents eeZeeTrip automatically sends an SMS. And for offline parents, all eeZeeTrip communications are automatically formatted to PDF for printing. Modern, efficient and inclusive.
eeZeeTrip has been built from the ground up to meet the needs of busy parents. With the free eeZeeTrip App, parents receive information, grant consent, view letters, make payments, contact the school all with a simple tap. Parents can even update emergency contact numbers and medical information, direct to school.
Everything in one place. And in the pocket.
Just three simple steps to modern, efficient parental engagement.

We provide software, cloud hosting and consultancy services for organisations wishing to improve collaboration, data management to impact on teaching and learning. Our solutions are used by many schools, local authorities, charities and businesses.
Established in 2000, we grew out of the School of Education at the University of Bangor where the co-founders worked on innovative online teaching and learning projects funded by the DfE, HEFCW and The British Council.
We have deliberately structured our company to meet our vision of an organisation that:
We have a fantastic cafe in our North Wales office, so if you're passing pop in and say hello!
“A lot of research has shown that the more parents are involved in what their kids are doing at school the better the children perform. eeZeeTrip is not only saving the school time and money, the quick and easy connection with parents will hopefully improve educational outcomes for our pupils.”
